All estimates shall be created at the Contractors’ own expense, and the time and costs for creating said estimates shall be incidental to the bid and not incurred to the County
Individual Projects awarded under this contract shall not exceed $500,000 for a single project and the total amount awarded under this contract may not exceed $6,000,000 over the term of the contract.
The Contractor shall provide this service for a one-year contract period. Followed by two-consecutive one-year renewable terms.
