PUBLIC NOTICE

The 2021 Reassessment Notices have been mailed.  The Assessor’s Office will not be having      ‘In Office’ hearings due to COVID 19.  Anyone wishing to appeal their assessment may do so by calling (540) 967-3450 during normal business hours or Fax at (540)967-4592.  You may also appeal your assessment in writing to Assessor’s Office, 1 Woolfolk Avenue Suite 303, Louisa, VA 23093 or by email (assessor@louisa.org).  The deadline for all appeals is Friday, April 16th, 2021.
