Enjoy learning one of the most well-known forms of Tai Chi ~ Yang 24. The first part of this class will include Introduction to Tai Chi (January-February), Tai Chi for Health (March-April), and Tai Chi for Beginners (April-May) then will continue with learning Yang 24, which consists of slow continuous, soft and circular movements. Please wear low sole shoes and bring your water bottle. Join Master Trainer Meghan Bryant and come discover the many benefits of Tai Chi.
