Tai Chi: Yang 24

Enjoy learning one of the most well-known forms of Tai Chi ~ Yang 24. The first part of these classes will include Tai Chi for Beginners (April-May), Tai Chi for Health (June-July), and Introduction to Tai Chi (August) then will continue with learning Yang 24, which consists of slow, continuous, soft and circular movements. Please wear low sole shoes and bring your water bottle. Join Master Trainer Meghan Bryant and come discover the many benefits of Tai Chi.
