Using various yoga postures and breathing exercises, participants will improve their balance, strength, and flexibility to find an increased sense of relaxation and renewed health benefits. Join Yoga For Life to raise your energy and overall well-being. Please bring your water bottle, yoga mat, blanket, and strap to each class with you.
