Discover the groove of Zumba with instructor Melanie Bonner, as she welcomes all ages, ability levels and genders to join this awesome workout class. Zumba combines Latin, as well as Hip Hop, Country, and African Rhythms, with easy-to-follow moves that will tone and sculpt your body while burning fat and calories! The up-tempo music and workout will improve your coordination, work your entire body, and help to de-stress you from the daily grind. There is no prior knowledge of Zumba or dance required. So grab a friend and join this fun exercise class. Wear clothes that allow movement and tennis shoes. Be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
