Get Your Pickleball On! ~ Playing Pickleball can improve your mood and ward off depression! As participants get their hearts pumping with this form of moderate exercising, it can improve blood pressure levels as well. Physical activity can help release feel-good endorphins and take our mind off our worries. Pickleball is fun, social and friendly. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. Played on a badminton court with the net dropped to 34 inches, the sport encompasses elements of tennis, racquetball, and ping pong. This program is open to adults~of any age! Join us and discover why there are over 3.3 million Pickleball players in the US!
OPEN GYM PICKLEBALL Starts Back Up in June! We will go back to offering a drop-in program for Pickleball on Sundays and Mondays. The drop-in rate is $2 each time you come to play or you can buy a punch pass good for 12 visits for $20. Punch passes can be purchased weekdays at the Betty Queen Center. If you have unused passes from Pre-Covid play, you may continue to use them until all visits are used.
We will continue to offer court reservations on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the 10:30 am until 12 noon time slot, 12:30 pm until 2 pm time slot and the 2:30 pm until 4 pm time slot. Your party booking can be for 4 to 6 players and you will continue to book these reservations online.
