Light & Lively No-Low Impact Workout

Join Janice Hackney for this No-Low Impact Workout class! As we mature, our joints don’t like the impact and we begin to slow down. This is not an easy workout by no WILL sweat, you WILL work muscles in new ways, and Janice WILL encourage you to ensure you get the most out of each class and see those results - a stronger, leaner you! This class is for everyone, whether just beginning or wanting to try something new. Please wear supportive shoes (sneakers are ideal) and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Class meets each Tuesday and Thursday from 8:15 a.m. until 9:15 a.m. at the Betty Queen Center. Now with a simple way to join...with a 5 or 10 class Fitness Punch Pass! If you cannot commit to a punch pass, drop in to as many classes as you’d like for $8 per class. No class on July 4th.
