Start your mornings with this Cardio Pump ‘n Core Workout. You do not need to spend hours sweating on a treadmill and lifting weights at the gym to reap the benefits of exercise. Participants will perform cardio fat-burning moves, sculpting, core focused exercises and weights and resistance training to improve muscle tone, strength, and flexibility. No two classes are the same. Everyone is welcome ~ first timers wanting to start an exercise routine to the advanced fitness person wanting to add to their workout plan. Instructor Janice Hackney will make sure you sweat away those calories with a great workout. Join her for an hour of fitness fun and don’t forget to bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and towel to class. Join with a 5 or 10 class Fitness Punch Pass! If you cannot commit to a punch pass, drop in to as many classes as you’d like for $8 per class. There will be no class on September 2nd, October 14th, November 11th, November 27th, and November 29th and the session ends on December 20th.
