Yoga for Well Being

This class is for the student who needs to move gently into his/her yoga practice. If you’ve had none or very little experience with yoga, this is a great class for you. Come join Donya Bauer, E-RYT 500, in a friendly atmosphere where each student moves according to how they feel at any given moment. It is a great class for the beginning student or the person in recovery, and for the advanced students who know the importance of taking it slowly. COVID and social distancing procedures are put in place to ensure the safety of all participants. Please bring your yoga mat with you. Class meets each Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the Henson Building. Class size is strictly enforced so new participants must call LCPRT to verify space availability to register. Yoga For Well-Being is $60 for ten classes.
