Are you new to yoga? This class is for the beginner student and those who need to move gently into the practice of yoga. Come join Donya Bauer, E-RYT 500, as she leads you through movements, postures and exercises that will allow you to experience the many benefits of practicing yoga. Come to learn, relax, laugh, and take the first step to improving your mind, body and spirit with our Yoga for Well-Being.
