Awakening the Inner Healer

The impact of dealing with the recent stress and disruption to our everyday lives can weigh heavily on our mental and emotional wellness. This class will explore time-tested practices and techniques to relieve stress and awaken our natural potential for self-healing. Instructor Valerie Forde-Galvin will incorporate yoga postures for strength and flexibility, and QiGong practices that focus on harmonizing the body, mind and spirit. Be sure to bring a water bottle and your yoga mat and come prepared to improve your quality of life. There will be no class on November 25th.
