Join Master Trainer of the Tai Chi for Health Institute Meghan Bryant in this class as we practice the different Health Forms as a continuous set. The goal is to practice what we have already learned and enjoy the flow of the forms. Don’t already know them? Not a problem; just enjoy a few tips in the beginning to keep you safe and then Meghan will call out the names and hints on the forms to guide you through. The movements are done slowly, so we can take our time to explore the principles of weight shift and upright posture...all leading to a better understanding of balance.
