Traditional Karate & Self-Defense

We welcome individuals from all walks of life to join our Traditional Okinawan Karate and Self-Defense. If Karate had to be described in only one sentence, then the most suitable one may arguably be “You never attack first in Karate.” Join lead instructor, Christopher “Chief” Spare, 6th Degree/Kyoshi, and his instructors, as they train students in this ongoing program and provide participants the option to progress through skill and belt ranking through participation. Students will learn self-defense through kata and techniques in a variety of ways. Chris served honorably in the US Marine Corps and has 30 years of law enforcement experience. Have fun learning martial arts in a non-competitive, high-energy environment.
