This is a great class for first-timers, seniors, men and women wanting to improve their balance and flexibility, or folks with arthritis, long-term health conditions, or those recovering from injuries or surgery. Featuring modified workouts if needed, Balance & Stretch Workout is sure to improve your ability to control and maintain your body’s position whether in motion or standing. There will be no class on Wednesday, April 8th. If you want to purchase a Full-Session Membership after you have purchased a pass, you can still receive the discount; just pay the difference by January 10th.
