Begin your week with Sunday morning Yoga. It is a great way to tone, lengthen and strengthen your muscles. Not to mention improve balance, flexibility, increase mental alertness, and to de-stress. This Sunday morning class is just what you need to spend some time on YOU. Instructor MargaretAnne (Welcome Back!) will invigorate you with uplifting yoga flows and poses, and calm you with breathing and relaxation techniques. Take this class to YOUR level: gentle to ease yourself into Monday or challenge yourself to kick-start your week. All yoga levels are welcome as yoga is a “practice” not a “perfect” so everyone ~ young or old can participate. Your first class is free~so why not give it a try!
