Join our NEW instructor in the NEW workout class designed to help YOU reach your fitness goals! Instructor Kecia Warren will mix calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training to help you build up your strength, improve your cardio endurance, and get your heart pumping. Whether you are just beginning a new routine or looking to add to your existing workout, this total body class will help you reach your fitness goals, transform your body, and burn calories!
