Join instructor Valerie Forde-Galvin as she introduces the techniques of meditation, yoga, breath and movement practice for inner peace in this new LCPRT Fitness & Exercise program. In this class you will explore time tested techniques which can relieve stress and awaken our natural potential for self-healing. Valerie has been studying yoga for amost 50 years and has offered classes and workshops throughout Southern New Hampshire and Illinois. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and mat for participation.
