Come out and join Janice Hackney in this class designed to help you build your strength, improve your cardio endurance, and get your heart pumping! Monday’s workout will feature strength training and incorporate weights and resistance for your workout. Wednesday’s class will consist of cardio with running and jumping exercises to get you moving. Whether you are just beginning a new routine or looking to add to your existing workout activity, Janice has got you covered! This total body workout will have you burning calories, burning fat, and getting FIT! If you cannot commit to a full session, drop in to as many classes as you’d like for just $7 per class. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle and towel to class and Get FIT With Janice. There will be no class on October 14th, November 11th and November 27th.
