The Cooke Industrial Rail Park is a 1400 acre contiguous tract of land locatedbetween the Towns of Mineral and Louisa on Jeff Davis Highway. The park is comprised of 800 acres of industrial zoned property and the remaining acreage is zoned A2. The Cooke Park has over 1 mile of rail frontage and is served by CSX and Buckingham Branch Railroad. Utilities, including water, sewer and natural gas are available on site. There is a 220 KV Electric Transmission Line just east of the property that can supply upgraded power needs for most industries. The Cooke Industrial Rail Park is available as one large tract or can easily be subdivided to accommodate an end user. The park is located 10 miles from interstate 64 and directly across from the Louisa County Industrial Air Park and the Louisa County Airport. The Cooke Park is the largest contiguous parcel of industrial zoned property in Central Virginia with access to rail and public utilities.
