Karate: Self-Defense

Learn self-discipline and self-defense in this training of traditional Shinki-Ryu Karate. Participants will be trained in soft (non-striking control) and hard striking techniques that can be used from the classroom to real world situations. Master Instructor Danny Stacy has 49 years of martial arts training in several styles, including a 6th degree black belt in Shinki-Ryu as well as a 4th degree black belt in Moo-Duk-Kwon Dang Soo Do. Open to ages 8 and older, Karate: Self-Defense is an on-going program which continues throughout the year and is taught in 8 class sessions. Students will be eligible to test for belt levels. Whether you are a child, a teen, or an adult, this Karate: Self-Defense class will add structure to your routine and enhance your quality of life. There will be no class Spring Break April 7th and April 9th.
