On Monday, September 17, 2007 the Louisa County Board of Supervisors adopted a Telecommunications Master Plan and Ordinance. These documents help balance the needs for wireless infrastructure, emergency response and communications, aesthetics, and other community resources. The County has a contract with CityScape Consultants, to review telecommunications applications. Application fees pay for CityScape's review and are tailored to place fewer restrictions on broadband services.
