The following are forms that may apply to your commercial or residential structure, depending on the nature of the project. For example, you will need to click on the Land Disturbance link if you are building anything other than a single-family house. You may need Temporary Electric Service during your construction process. Or, you may be building in a subdivision with special homeowner association requirements.

Land Disturbance
Any time you clear, grade, excavate, or transport soil, you are causing a land disturbance. These changes may result in soil erosion from water or wind. A land disturbing permit allows landowners to move areas of dirt, construction or roadway over 10,000 square feet in size. Please go to the Land Disturbance page to see if these requirements apply to your project.
