V. Public Hearings
22. Public Hearing - Amendments to the following sections of the Louisa County Code (Chapter 2. Administration, Article IV. Boards and Commissions) as they pertain to the Louisa County Department of Social Services: REPEAL - Sec. 2-66. Board of public welfare. ADD - Sec. 2-72. Department of Social Services. 23. Public Hearing - CUP03-09; May V. Robinson, Applicant/Owner; requests the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit for the establishment and operation of an assisted living facility. 24. Public Hearing – Grant funds available through the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program. If awarded, the funds will be used for a Juvenile Probation Monitoring Program to explore and implement alternatives to juvenile incarceration. 25. Adjournment
