Join MargaretAnne in her No-Low Impact Workout! As we mature, our joints don’t like the impact and we begin to slow down. MargaretAnne has taken the best of all of the workouts available and modified them so anyone can do them~standing, using a chair for support, or sitting in a chair. This is not an easy workout by no means...you WILL sweat, you WILL work muscles in new ways, and MargaretAnne WILL encourage you to ensure you get the most out of each class and see those results...a stronger, leaner you! This class is for everyone whether just beginning or wanting to add something new to your routine. Join her for 45-minutes of fitness fun and a 15-minute stretch and cool-down. Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. If you can’t commit to a full session take as many classes as you’d like for the $8 drop in rate per class. There will not be class on October 9th, November 10th, or November 24th.
