Start your week with Yoga. Yoga is a great way to tone, lengthen and strengthen your muscles. Not to mention improve balance, flexibility, increase mental alertness, and to de-stress. This late Sunday morning class is just what you need to spend some time on YOU. Instructor MargaretAnne will invigorate you with uplifting yoga flows and poses, and calm you with breathing and relaxation techniques. Take this class to YOUR level: gentle to ease yourself into Monday or challenge yourself to kick-start your week. All yoga levels are welcome as yoga is a “practice” not a “perfect” so everyone ~ young or old can participate. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle and spend Sunday morning focusing on YOU. If you cannot commit to a whole session, drop in for as many classes as you’d like for $9 per class. There will not be class on October 1st.
