In our ever-connected world of iPhones, iPads, blackberries and other smart devices, we’re multi-tasking more than ever before. On top of that, summer is such a busy time of the year with family commitments, work responsibilities, and everything else, causing us to shift focus constantly. As a result, we find it harder and harder to follow through on tasks and stay on track. Aikido affords one the stability to focus on mental and physical aspects of your life which will, in turn, only improve your personal and professional commitments and achievements. A comprehensive training program, Aikido is carried on in a friendly yet professional, co-ed atmosphere with ages 13 and older training together. It is an on-going program which will continue throughout the year. Beginners get individual attention from the instructor and senior students to become familiar with the basics of Aikido practice. Jeff Martin, who has over 18 years of experience and received his Shidoin certificate in 2014, is the instructor. Discounts will be given to families with 3 or more members enrolled as well as those only able to attend once a week. No class on Monday, September 4th.
