Strawberry Jam & Syrup

Are strawberries your favorite fruit of the summertime? Why not preserve them in a Jam or Syrup? Come to our Water Bath Canning class instructed by Sharon Munyak, owner of Hobby Hill Farm and learn the process for making delicious strawberry jams and syrups you can enjoy throughout the year. We will be using two types of pectin for these in-season fruits. Bring a couple of glass canning jars with lids to class to take home your jam and syrup in and make sure you wear closed-toed shoes. The registration deadline is June 6th, but we ARE talking strawberries here this class is sure to fill up fast!
